Methods of Payment

Payments are made by credit card at the time the order is placed.  Purchase Orders are accepted from schools and organizations for orders over $1,000.00.  Contact us to pay by Purchase Order.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Orders are typically shipped UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service from Virginia within 3 days of receipt of the order.  Rush orders can be sent overnight and 2nd day delivery.  Additional charges apply.

International orders and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and others) must be quoted for actual shipping charges.  Contact Us for a quote.

Sales Tax

If your billing address is in Virginia, sales tax will be charged unless your organization is tax exempt. Contact Us to fax or email a copy of your tax exemption form when you place your order.

Money-back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order.  If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the shipping and handling charges.  The item must be returned in good condition with all paperwork and parts to ensure full credit.

Damaged Items

Contact Us for a replacement if your order arrives damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item is shipped.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, check the packing list to verify that all the items were shipped in the same parcel. Contact Us if an item is missing.

To Return an Item:

  • Contact Us for a return authorization number.
  • Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item and write the return authorization number on it.   Keep the top portion for your records. If you cannot send the packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned in good condition with all parts.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.  We cannot accept C.O. D. deliveries.
  • We recommend that you use an insured carrier service that offers shipment tracking to return your item (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or USPS Parcel Post).  Ship the return package to:

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for your purchase within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product. The shipping cost will be included in your refund if the return is a result of an error on our part.

Refunds will not be issued for services rendered (like a webinar or training) or for downloadable products.
